Comfortable clean rooms with lots of privacy in a beautiful rainforest setting. the hospitality of the staff was outstanding, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. the location was perfect, just a short drive away from the city center.

The hotel is a bit far from the town, so if you don't have a car, it can be a bit difficult to get around. the roads at night are dark and there are limited sidewalks, making it tricky to walk to Santa Elena for dining or shopping.

it had an adapted bathroom. guests can make use of a handy kitchenette. thank you for welcoming us, we would happily go back again.

The price we paid for the room was quite high, considering the basic standard of the accommodations. The walls of the room were made of wood, which gave it a rustic feel, but the lack of a ceiling in both the bedroom and bathroom was quite surprising and uncomfortable.

We also loved how quiet the location was, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

One minor inconvenience was that the walls in the rooms didn't reach the ceiling, making it a bit awkward when using the bathroom. the kitchen was a shared space, requiring us to go downstairs to make meals.

As vegetarians, we were thrilled to find that they offered delicious vegetarian options for breakfast. the cabins were spacious, clean, and provided full privacy. the staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the sustainable practices of the lodge. it was an unforgettable experience and we didn't want to leave!
